Innovation Driven by Real Factory Experience

YouXin EPS Machinery was founded in 2013 with a clear mission: to bring modern automation to EPS factories. After years of promoting the concept of full-plant automation, we realized our vision in 2015 by building China’s first fully automated EPS plant for a customer in Tianjin.

That pioneering project gave us invaluable practical experience — both successes and lessons — that continue to shape every machine and solution we deliver today. Since then, several automatic EPS plants have been successfully commissioned worldwide.

Our product range covers the entire EPS production chain: pre-expanders, block moulding machines, cutting lines, packing & wrapping machines, CNC cutting machines, recycling systems, silos and smart plant/MES solutions.

Every machine is engineered around real production needs: shorter cycle times, lower energy and steam consumption, consistent block density, and simpler operation. We use internationally recognized components from Siemens, Schneider, Autonics and others, and our machines carry CE certification.
