The YouXin EPS Cutting Line cuts large EPS blocks — white or gray (graphite) — into sheets with a thickness tolerance of ±0.5 mm. The line integrates block storage (6 blocks), hydraulic tilting, horizontal cutting, vertical cutting, cross cutting, automatic de-stacking, and an integrated block packing machine into one continuous, high-output flow.
A patented automatic wire setting system sets 60 wires to the desired thickness within 3 minutes. Oscillation cutting and wire-end cooling fans are equipped on all cutting stations. Top, side and bottom scraps are vacuum-sucked onto transfer belts and fed to pre-crushers, then returned to the recycling system — maximizing material utilization.
