Three-Stage Recycling Process
1. Crusher — Grinds EPS waste (blocks, sheets, shape scrap) into small beads. The robust crushing mechanism handles varying scrap sizes and densities.
2. De-duster — Removes dust and fine particles from the crushed beads, ensuring clean material that will not affect the surface quality of new molded products.
3. Mixer — Blends the recycled beads with fresh pre-expanded beads at the desired ratio. The mixed material is then fed directly into the EPS Block Molding Machine or shape molding machine.
