The YouXin EPP Batch Pre-expander expands EPP (expanded polypropylene) resin to the desired density with precise steam control. EPP resin is fed into a steam-controlled chamber with an adjustable agitator; expanded beads pass through a heated fluid bed dryer — shortening aging time — before entering silos. A Japanese Yoshitake pressure reduction valve and frequency-controlled agitator speed ensure stable, repeatable expansion across batches.
