EPS 6-Side Packing Machine for Shape Products in Japan
Client & Project Background
TOHO, an EPS shape-molded products manufacturer in Japan, runs a packing operation that comes under heavy pressure every peak season. As demand for its molded EPS parts grew, the company set out to lift output without adding labour.

Challenge
In Japan, labour is expensive and manual packing is slow. Every peak season, hand-packing turned into a bottleneck that directly limited how much the factory could ship — finished goods were ready, but the packing line could not keep up.

Results & Benefits
After the automatic 6-side packing machine replaced manual bagging, the plant’s peak-season shipping capacity improved noticeably. Packing is now consistent and no longer depends on how many hands are available — the factory ships more with the same team, right when demand is highest.
