Jia Bao (Vietnam) Polyfoam Limited Company, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, serves the EPS package market. The client needed to speed up the final bagging/wrapping of finished EPS products and cut film waste.
Challenge
Manual bagging of EPS products was slow, and the film used was 0.02 mm thick – heavier than necessary and wasteful on material cost. The client wanted both higher throughput and a leaner film specification.

Results & Benefits
