EPS Cutting Machine Horizontal cut introduction

YouLi EPS Cutting Machine horizontal cut part is equipped with automatic wire setting system (Patent No.: ZL2015 2 0751731.X).

The wire setting is controlled by touch screen and PLC. 51 wires can be installed on machine and finish setting process within 3 minutes. Compared with human setting (approx. 60 minutes with two people), shorten wire setting time extremely. The another advantage of this wire setting is low thickness tolerance, only 0.25mm.
