The YouXin EPS Cutting Line transforms large EPS blocks — white or gray (graphite) — into precisely cut sheets. It integrates block storage, tilting, horizontal and vertical cutting, cross cutting, de-stacking, scrap recycling and packing into one automated production flow.

Complete Cutting Process Flow
1. Block Storage Line — Stores up to 6 blocks positioned by forklift. Automatically feeds the tilter when ready.
2. Block Tilting Unit — Hydraulic tilter lays the block onto the horizontal cutting chain conveyor.
3. Horizontal Cut — Patented automatic wire setting system sets up to 60 wires in 3 minutes. Oscillation cutting and four fans for wire-end cooling.
4. Vertical Cut — Oscillation cutting with top and bottom cooling fans. Automatic wire setting optional.
5. Cross Cut — Cuts blocks to different lengths. Alignment system ensures precision. Automatic wire setting and oscillation cutting optional.
6. De-stacking & Scrap Removal — Automatic de-stacker separates upper and lower packs for sequential packing. Side and bottom scrap is collected, pre-crushed, and transferred to the recycling system.
