PROMSTROY LLC, based in Blagoveshchensk, Russia, produces EPS panels. The client needed a reliable block-molding machine to replace aging equipment.
Challenge
The client’s old equipment leaked steam during production and produced boards that were severely deformed – hurting yield and product quality.

Results & Benefits
Versus the old machine, the new block molding machine achieved clear energy savings and ended the steam-leakage problem that caused deformed boards. Combined with an auto push-board system and an auto weighing system, it also reduced manual labor on the line.
