DAKA GROUP SH.P.K, operating in Kosovo, serves the construction sector with EPS boards. The client needed faster, more consistent cutting of large blocks.
Challenge
With ordinary cutting, each wire change took about one hour – a major downtime driver that throttled daily output and made batched orders slow to fulfil.

Results & Benefits
The new cutting line lifted cutting efficiency about four-fold over the previous setup. Its automatic wire-change function completes a changeover in roughly 4 minutes – versus the ~1 hour previously spent per change – dramatically cutting idle time between batches.
