The YouXin Vertical EPS Block Molding Machine forms expanded beads into large, uniformly fused blocks of 2000–6000 mm length. The molding cycle follows four stages: filling, steam heating, vacuum cooling, and ejection. Twice cross-heating technology — steam entering from two large sides and discharging from four small sides, then reversing — ensures even fusion, while block fusion quality is monitored in real time by foam pressure sensors.
A condenser tank (approx. 2.5 m³) with two 11 kW Nash vacuum pumps reduces cycle time and water content. The finished block is ejected hydraulically onto a discharge trolley with an electronic weighing unit for quality assurance, and an exit conveyor can store up to 4 blocks. Homogeneous block density is guaranteed within ±3%.
