The YouXin Height Adjustable EPS Block Molding Machine combines the horizontal single-side-opening design with an adjustable mold wall system, allowing one machine to produce blocks of different thicknesses and widths — ideal for plants serving varied customers. Twice cross-heating and foam pressure monitoring deliver ±3% density uniformity.
A compact vacuum unit (condenser approx. 0.8 m³, vacuum tank approx. 6 m³, two 11 kW pumps) reduces cycle time and water content. Hydraulic ejectors discharge the block to the weighing unit, where an optional tilter uprights it for transfer to the cutting line.
