The YouXin Height Adjustable EPS Block Molding Machine combines the energy-saving horizontal single-side-opening design with an adjustable mold wall system. This lets you produce blocks of different thicknesses on the same machine — ideal for factories that serve multiple markets or need to adapt quickly to changing order requirements.
Adjustable Mold Wall Advantage
Instead of buying separate machines for different block sizes, the adjustable wall system allows you to change the mold cavity height to produce blocks from 1000 mm to 1200 mm in thickness. Changeover is controlled from the touch screen — no manual mold swapping needed.

Mold Body Construction
Steam-contact parts use rigid steel (Type 20G boiler plate) welded construction. Inner walls are 5 mm aluminum plate with slots for even steam distribution. The adjustable wall mechanism is integrated into the mold frame and driven by the PLC system.
Steam Heating & Vacuum Cooling
Double cross-heating technology with individual steam regulating valves. The vacuum system includes a 0.8 m³ condenser tank and a 6 m³ individual vacuum tank with two 11 kW vacuum pumps — compact yet effective for rapid cooling and moisture reduction.
