The YouXin Horizontal EPS Block Molding Machine is designed with a horizontal mold body and only one side opening, ensuring minimal steam leakage and stable vacuum retention during cooling. This translates to lower energy consumption, faster cycle times, and consistently uniform blocks.
Why Horizontal Single-Side Opening?
Unlike conventional machines with multiple opening sides, the horizontal single-door design dramatically reduces the sealing surface area. Less steam escapes during heating, and the vacuum system operates more efficiently during cooling — giving you better block quality with lower operating costs.

Mold Body Construction
Steam-contact parts are made of rigid steel (Type 20G boiler plate) with welded construction. Inner walls use 5 mm aluminum plate with slots for even steam distribution. Carbon steel is used for non-contact structural parts. Block fusion quality is monitored by foam pressure sensor. Optional aluminum silicate fiber insulation further reduces heat loss.
Steam Heating & Vacuum Cooling
Double cross-heating technology with individual steam regulating valves on each side. The vacuum system includes a 1.5 m³ condenser tank with water spraying and sieving, plus a 10 m³ individual vacuum tank and two 11 kW vacuum pumps — reducing cycle time and water content.

Block Ejection & Weighing
After the cycle, the front door opens and hydraulic ejectors push the block forward. Two air cylinders on top then push the block to the weighing unit. After weighing, a tilter uprights the block from horizontal position for downstream handling.
