Client & Project Background
ACE Polystyrene Products PTY Ltd, based in Sydney, Australia, specializes in EPS wall-insulation production. As regional demand for insulated construction panels grew, the client needed a complete, reliable EPS production line to replace an under-performing older system.
Challenge
The client’s previous EPS equipment – sourced from a manufacturer in Hebei, China – suffered from three chronic problems: low production output, air/steam leakage during operation, and high energy consumption. These issues raised the cost per block and capped the client’s ability to scale into the expanding EPS wall-insulation market.

Results & Benefits
After commissioning, the new plant eliminated the chronic steam leakage of the previous line and stabilized daily output. Energy consumption per produced block dropped versus the old system, and the integrated recycling machine allows off-cut foam to be reclaimed rather than discarded.
