Challenge
The client’s old intermittent pre-expander produced 15 g/L density bead at about 900 kg/h – a capacity ceiling that constrained downstream block molding.

Results & Benefits
At 15 g/L density, the two SPJY2000 pre-expanders deliver about 1800 kg/h – capacity roughly doubled versus the old machine. The machine’s built-in energy-saving design also substantially lowers power consumption per ton of pre-expanded bead.
