The YouXin Horizontal EPS Block Molding Machine is designed with a horizontal mold body and single-side opening, minimizing steam leakage and maintaining sufficient vacuum during cooling. Like the vertical series, it applies twice cross-heating technology and foam pressure monitoring to deliver homogeneous blocks with ±3% density tolerance.
Steam-contacting parts are made of boiler-grade 20G steel with 5 mm slotted aluminium inner walls. A condenser tank (approx. 1.5 m³) with two 11 kW vacuum pumps shortens the cycle and reduces water content. After ejection, blocks are pushed to the weighing unit and uprighted by a tilter — both available as options — before entering the block conveyor system toward the cutting line.
